Budget Plans
Budget plans are aimed at start ups and micro-businesses that want to put an email management system in place that will grow with them.
They are restricted in terms of storage structure but have full search and reporting capabilities and come with enough data storage for approximately 2500 emails. If you need more data or a more complex storage structure you can seamlessly upgrade to a more powerful system.

Our default trial is of our "Micro" system, however ALL plans can be used free of charge for three months without obligation. Simply upgrade at anytime during your trial period and the remainder of your trial will be on your chosen plan.

Standard Plans
Standard MailXmaster plans include a minimum of 500MB of data per user which equates to approximately 2500 normal emails. The Pro system comes with sufficient data for 50-100 users as standard. We recommend additional data for systems with more than 100 users.

MailXmaster will alert your administrator when you have used 80% of your data.
Additional data is available in blocks of 10, 25 or 50GB depending on your Pricing Plan - contact us for details of additional data charges.
